Q. Is there anything special I should do to prepare for the party?

A. Yes. Please have a clear area with enough room for activities and if possible two chairs and a small table space.

Q. Can boys and girls attend the party?

A. Yes of course! All the stories/activities that we offer include boys and girls. There is something at our parties for everyone.

Q. How far in advance should I book my event?

A.  We take bookings for months in advance. To ensure character choice and preferred timing, we recommend booking as soon as possible. We also do take last minute bookings, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Q. How do I book a character?

A. You can submit a booking request through our through think link.

Q. Will you travel to us?

A. Yes! We provide service to the area of Calgary and Airdrie. We are more than happy to arrange travel to you outside of our normal working area (travel fees may apply).

Q. What other services do you offer?

A. We offer princess entertainer services for private functions, festivals, corporate events and more. Just contact us for details.

Q. What times can I book my party for?

A. Our party attendance hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm. We can make special exceptions depending on the event you wish to book. Contact us for further inquiries.

Q. What happens if my guests are late?

A. We are only able to set aside the allotted time slot that you have booked. If guests are late to your party, they may join in whenever they arrive, but unfortunately our performers are not able to wait for late guests to start.

Q. How can I pay for my party?

A. You can pay your deposit by e-transfer you can pay the remaining balance with cash or by credit card to your character on the day of your party/event.

Q. Do you accept gratuities?

A. Gratuities are gratefully accepted.

Terms and Conditions

A booking is not confirmed until both the booking form and deposit have been received.

Deposit (50% of package cost) must be paid in full to confirm booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due on the day of the party/event.


We reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover travel costs if your party event is outside our main areas of operation.


Please provide space for parking at your event/party.


Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. We will gladly work with you to reschedule based on our availability within a one-month time period should you need to cancel your original booking.

Should Dazzling Princess Parties be unable to attend your booked party, we will fully refund your deposit or work with you to reschedule.


Gratuities are gratefully accepted.


We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injury to participants or guests.

Dazzling Princess Parties will not accept any form of aggressive or inappropriate behavior toward our performers. We reserve the right to leave a party/event should such an incident occur. The remaining balance for time allotted must be remitted in full.

By Participating in a Dazzling Princess Party, you therefore consent to being photographed, video-taped and you authorize Dazzling Princess Parties to use any of these recordings for it's activities and events, as well as for it's print and electronic promotional material, including on the internet via our website and all social media websites.
